FOOTAGE FARM USA is now in its sixth year of operation. During that time we have supplied over two thousand productions with motion picture footage from our vast collection of historical archives.

OUR LIBRARY spans over 100 years—from the late 19th century to 2009—and includes documentaries, newsreels, outtakes, and early fiction films. Our collection covers major international events, daily life around the world, arts and industries, educational and mental hygiene films, travelogues, as well as fashion, sports, gags, and other oddities.
OUR METHOD is: keep it simple. We do that by providing free research, low-cost previews, and high-quality masters—and because most of our footage is in the public domain—producers don't need to count seconds or worry about negotiating license agreements. These operating principles enable us to work with a low overhead and to pass these savings onto our clients. Providing fast and reliable service, reducing archival expenses for producers, and continuing to expand our collections has been our formula for success.
"The footage is still a remarkable find. Those newsreels from Southern Illinois are the only verifiable archival footage that I've been able to locate from the Illinois mine war of the '30's. The visual quality is excellent."—Greg Boozell, Producer
"I'd much rather buy the material from you guys than go through the rigamarole at NARA. Thanks!"
—Suzanne M. Whitehouse, Research Coordinator, Monadnock Media
"Footage Farm never lets me down...excellent research, efficient delivery, and very competitive pricing."
—Elizabeth Klinck, E. Klinck Research
